Once the organisation has been successfully awarded the Customer Service Excellence standard they will be certified as a holder. Organisations will receive a certificate as an acknowledgment of this achievement by their certification body.
The certificate can be displayed by the firm to show that they are certified with the standard. The name of the organisation and contact details will also be included in the Holder’s directory on the Customer Service Excellence website.
